SFT FTP Backup (Visual C# FTP backup tool)
I needed a piece of software to copy my websites from my FTP server. So off I went to Google... as i was looking at all the paid software, i said to myself, "come on ste, your a nerd, why don’t you just develop it yourself". So that’s what I did. It has also let me gain on my Visual C# experience. I have decided that I will continue to make tools like this during my free time and I will put them on : Smart Future Tools (www.SFTools.com). This will enable me to present my free tools to the world and also get some valuable feedback so i can improve the tools and also improve myself as a better coder.

Omega Help Center (Help desk / Invertory management system)
Omega Help Center was developed as part of my 4th/final year project. This is a web application that allows users to make a request for support and allows the technicians to manage these requests.

Main Features:

Inventory Management System: The application would scan all machines on the network or a selected machine and add the hardware details to the database.

Error logs: Technicians can remotely retrieve the different error logs from any active machine attached to the network.

SMS request / response: Users could add a request to the system by sending a text message to the mobile phone which is attached to the machine hosting the web application. Users also have the option to receive a text message informing them when their request is resolved. Technicians can manually send a text message to a user through the web interface.

Auto-generated charts based on the data stored in the database.

File upload: Users have the option to upload a file with their request.

Survey: Users can complete a survey based on there experience of the request.
The grade I received was an A 
for all the documentation, coding, testing, and presentation.
SM Gadgets (E-Commerce website)
SM Gadgets was developed as part of my 3rd year project.
This was an e-commerce web application selling gadgets which allowed customers to create an account, add/edit/delete items in their shopping cart and then complete their order. There was a separate administration section which allowed the admin staff to add/edit/delete items and also to manage orders + users.
