Setting up Gmail smtp on BlogEngine.NET

This was the first issue i ran into while setting up this blog.

Open up the web.config file
Change:  <trust level="High" />
To: <trust level="Full" />

User the following settings in the BlogEngine control panel
SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Enable SSL: true
Port: 465 or 587

Save the settings and now you should have your Gmail account hooked up your blog!

hey Stephen,

Thanks for the great tip!!

Though, have to admit that it works wouthout changing web.config and 465 port didn't work for me, while 587 did.
